AI My Trade is operated by Chris Liddiard, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using aimytrade.co.uk, running the free visibility check, or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

AI My Trade offers:

• A free visibility check— we automatically check your Google Business Profile and Foursquare listing, the way a customer would. Bing Places, Yell, Yelp UK and Apple Maps don't offer a public search API, so those are honestly reported as "check unavailable automatically" rather than faking coverage.
• Paid packages(Starter, Standard, Complete) — one-time fees to set up and fix your listings across the platforms AI assistants pull local information from. Full details of what's included in each package are set out on our pricing page and confirmed again before you pay at checkout.
• Optional monthly monitoring — a recurring add-on that keeps an eye on your listings over time. Billed monthly via Stripe, cancel any time.

Bing Places, Yell, Yelp UK and Apple Maps don't have a usable public search API, so when you buy a package we set these up by hand rather than through automation. Some of these platforms have their own listing requirements and acceptance processes we don't control — we do the setup work correctly on our end, but we can't guarantee a third-party platform will list or approve your business on any particular timescale.

We cannot guarantee how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, or any other AI system will respond to any given search at any given time. These are third-party systems outside our control, and their outputs change as they update their models and data sources. What we do is make sure the underlying data those tools draw from — your Google Business Profile, listings, and structured data — is accurate and complete.

Package fees are one-time payments in GBP, processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details. The monthly monitoring add-on is billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel it.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a package from the date of purchase. Because delivery typically begins promptly after you check out, by completing your purchase you agree that we may start work straight away. If you cancel after work has started, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the work already carried out, in proportion to what's been completed.

The monthly monitoring add-on can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the billing period already paid for.

You confirm that the business details you give us are accurate, and that you're authorised to act on behalf of the business you're submitting.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

The AI My Trade website and its content belong to us. Where a package includes deliverables built for you (for example, a one-page website or structured data changes), you're free to use those for your own business as intended.

The free visibility check is limited to 3 checks per visitor per day. We may suspend or decline service, including the free check, if we reasonably suspect false information, abuse, or an attempt to circumvent this limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we add new packages or change how the service works. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
